Exchange & Return
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you may return them back to according to "Revocation right for customers" below. We recommend you two options how to start the return process which are not mandatory:
Option 1: Please fill the electronic withdrawal form below at this page with all required information and press the button “SEND”. We send you a withdrawal confirmation after a short check of data.
Option 2: Contact us by E-Mail or Phone or Whattsapp. We send you a withdrawal confirmation after a short check of data.
Please send the parcel in appropriate packaging back to us with the logistics company of your choice. We generally recommend shipping with the online tracking option. The payment will be refunded within one business day after examination of the return. If you would like an exchange, we send the new item without shipping charges.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For shippings from outside European Union we recommend to use regular post with online tracking option and no express shipping companies (e.g. Fedex). Correct declaration of the parcel is “Returned Goods” attaching the original invoices.
Return address will be provided on return request.
Important Notices for Exchanges & Returns
Please notice the following important information:
- If you wish to exchange a purchased item for another size, color, or a different model, please inform us prior to return via E-Mail at ([email protected]) or insert the particular notice in the returned box.
- You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact our service department immediately in case you receive wrong or damaged goods via phone or E-mail. We will take care to pick up and exchange these goods – Fashion Rooms will pay for the shipping in such case of own mistake.
- Please return the purchased goods in original condition using as far possible the original or other appropriate packaging and try to pack the goods the way you received them. Please try not to remove or break original seals and tags. Please be aware that Fashion Rooms adds an own security tag to most of the items.
- We advise you to try out shoes on a carpet and send them back in the original box.
Refunds and Refund Period
- Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original payment. It will be made on the same account, Paypal account, credit card etc., that you have originally used.
- The shipping costs for the standard shipping will be reimbursed. If you have selected the Express shipping option for your order, the standard shipping costs of the respective country will be reimbursed.
- The refund or the shipping of the exchange goods are usually processed within one business day after the receipt of the return.
- Please notice that refunds on credit card need different amounts of time depending on the issuing bank – this process is beyond our control. Refunds to bank accounts need 1-3 business days usually.
Instructions on Cancellation
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Fashion Rooms e.K., Am Korresberg 16, 40699 Erkrath, Germany, [email protected], Phone: +49 (0) 211 416 082 86 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website https://www.fashion-rooms.com/en/exchange-return. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
